How do I contact the Slickster Magazine store?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:  Most major credit cards and Paypal.

Q: Is my credit card transaction safe on your site?
A: Yes, you may purchase as a guest or sign up, but both use SSL security encryption.

Q: Do you store my credit card information on your site?
A: No.  You will need to enter your information for repeat purchases.

Shipping Information

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: All products are shipped USPS First Class and arrive within 2-3 business days from shipping.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours.

Q: How much does it cost to ship my product?
A: All orders over $22 include free shipping.  Orders under $22 ship for $5.95 additional.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not sip outside of the USA.

Q: Will I receive tracking information after my orders ships?
A: Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the estimated day of delivery. If you do not receive this email right away please check your spam mailbox as they often get marked as junkmail.

Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you need to return your shirt due to a manufacturer’s defect or because you received the wrong shirt, please
contact us to request return instructions. All returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase and item(s)
must be unworn and unwashed. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. Be aware that due to the extreme limited-edition nature of our products, exchanges are usually not possible.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: In stock orders: Orders are authorized and processed real-time so cancelling an in stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please call Customer Service at (858) 367-3006 or email as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for a refund or store credit.
